Proof Auto-Routing

Approval Manager includes the ability to assign auto-routing rules to stages in approval workflows. By using auto-routing rules, proof managers can minimize the management overhead of proofing workflows, ensuring that proofs proceed through stages automatically when needed.

Autorouting may be set for each stage when defining the workflow information for a proof, or anytime thereafter by proof managers.

Improved Approval Manager Dashboards
Approval Manager dashboards have been improved to provide thumbnails of proofs, quicker access to manage, review, and production activities, and include expandable rows that provide drill down views of more information.
