Screen captures and descriptions provided in this guide generally reflect MetaCommunications products being used on Safari in a Mac OS X operating system. Slight variations in look, feel, and procedural steps exist with other browser and operating system combinations.
Since both Job Manager and Approval Manager use the MetaCommunications Workgroups Portal, this Help System structures its information in the following manner:
Workgroups Portal Guide: Information on features and functionality that is common to all applications hosted on Workgroups Portal.
Approval Manager User Guide: Information on features and functionality that is specific to using Approval Manager.
Approval Manager Administration Guide: Information on features and functionality that is specific to Administrating Approval Manager.
Portal Integration Tool Guide: Information on installing and using the Portal Integration Tool.
Because of the overlap of technologies that use Workgroups Portal, it is possible that customers using only Job Manager or Approval Manager will see content relating to an application they do not use and or have similar content described in more than one section of the guide.
