For users with access to Adobe Reader, PDF files that have been saved to allow commenting can be opened in Adobe Reader and commented on. Synchronization is performed by saving the PDF locally and then uploading the commented PDF back to Approval Manager as a comment file.
 | Note: To allow commenting with Adobe Reader, the PDF must be saved in Acrobat Professional with commenting enabled prior to being uploaded to Approval Manager. |
