Approval Process information consists of identifying information related to the process. This must include a unique name for the process, and can include additional optional information such as:
- ID - A unique identifying number automatically assigned when a new approval process is created and saved.
- Assigned Managers - Users assigned to manage the approval process. By default, the user who creates the Approval Process is assigned as a Manager. Additional users can be added as Managers.
- Notes - A blank field for adding related notes and information to the approval process.
- Due Date and Time - The date and time by which the Approval Process must be completed.
- Job assignment - The Job that the Approval Process is assigned to. This is optional.
- Customer assignment - The customer the Approval Process is assigned to. If the Approval Process is assigned to a Job, the Customer for the Job will automatically be assigned here.
