Approval Manager's integrated Acrobat proofing support is available in Workgroups only.

Approval Manager supports the use of Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat (Standard and Professional) for proofing documents, though the workflow is different for each. Please refer to the appropriate section below for details.

This section of the guide is intended for any user that uses either Adobe Reader or Acrobat to review and approve proofs. The Approval Manager administrator determines which proofer is used for each filetype. If you believe you should be using Adobe Reader or Acrobat for a particular type of file, please contact your administrator and refer him/her to this guide.
