Using MSI-based Installer
1. Download Administrative MSI-based Installer
Download MSI installer from the Application Deployment Page.
2. Deploy in Per-machine Configuration
Use the downloaded MSI-based installer to deploy Workgroups Desktop Application for the database in per-computer configuration.
Using Executable File
1. Download Desktop Application Installer
Download the Virtual Ticket Installer Application from the Application Deployment Page.
2. Deploy in Per-machine Configuration
Use the downloaded Virtual Ticket Installer to deploy the Desktop Application.
The following command-line options can be used for your deployment scenarios:

--all-users | This option requires Administrator privileges. Initiate installation or uninstall process for all users on the target machine using Active Setup. Installer GUI will not appear if this option is used.

Troubleshooting
Every installation-related event will be logged into Windows Application Event Log.
Make sure Administrative Installation works in controlled environment:
- Log in using Administrator account.
- Run Administrative installation with desired installer (MSI or EXE).
- Check Windows Application Event Log. It shouldn't contain errors about Administrative installation.
- Log in using User account. Desktop Application should be installed during logon process.
- Check Windows Application Event Log. It shouldn't contain errors about Desktop Application installation.
Enabling system-wide verbose MSI logging can also be useful for troubleshooting MSI installations.
