At times, you may want to save an existing search with a new name. This is often done when you want to use one search as the basis for another.

1. Open a saved search.
2. Optional: Make any changes to the search definition you require.
3. Click Save As. A Save As window will appear.
   
4. Type a name for the search in the Name field.
5. Click OK ( ). The Save As window will close and the search will be saved to the database for future use.
