Setting Up and Maintaining Reports and Custom Queries

Virtual Ticket provides the ability to use Custom Queries and Reports to extend the standard searching and reporting capabilities of the system. By using Reports and Custom Queries, it is possible to provide greater insight into your work, business, and resources to your Virtual Ticket users than is possible with the standard Forms and Finds.

Note: These feature are available when logged in to either the Virtual Ticket desktop client for Windows or the Virtual Ticket desktop client for Mac OS X as the Administrator.

The Reports and Custom Queries windows provides the interface for Administrative functions related to both Report and Custom Queries.
