Creating Terms

  1. Select the Terms link in the Administration page. This will open the Terms page.
  2. Select the New Terms link in the page header. This will open the New Terms page.
  3. Type the term number and description in the appropriate fields of the Terms Setup section of the window. Term numbers can be up to 7 digits long. Term descriptions are alphanumeric and can include up to 40 characters.
    Note: The Parameters field is used only if you are integrating with an accounting package.
  4. Click Add ( ). This will save the new Term to the database and display the entry in the terms grid of the window.
  5. Repeat this procedure for each additional term you would like to define on the Job Manager system.
