Open the application deployment page in a web browser and click Launch Virtual Ticket Developer. Unable to render embedded object: File (logging_in.jpg) not found.
Note: Your administrator may have emailed you the URL to the application deployment page when he created your user account in Virtual Ticket Developer. If you do not know the URL for the application deployment page, contact your Administrator.
Note: If you haven't yet installed your Virtual Ticket Developer desktop app, you can install it by clicking "Install" on the deployment page. (See capture above.)
Type your user name and password when prompted, then click OK. The Virtual Ticket Developer desktop app will open. Unable to render embedded object: File (vt_welcome_screen.jpg) not found.
