- Click Reports and Custom Queries in the Administration menu. The Reports and Custom Queries window will open.
- Browse to and select the Report in the Reports and Queries list. When a Report is selected, its details will appear in the Report Properties on the right side of the window.
- To change the Menu location of a Report: Select a menu or type a menu name in which you want the Report to appear. If the Menu field is left blank, the Report will be moved to <Hidden>.
- To change the Category of a Report: Select a Category or type the name of a new category in which you want the Report to appear. Categories will appear in the client as sub-menus beneath the menu defined above. If no Category is defined, the Report name will appear in the Menu selected above.
- To change the Name of a Report: Type a new name for the Report in the Name field.
- Click Save when finished. The Report will be resaved according to the new name, category, or menu defined above.
