Changing Form Appearance Preferences

In Virtual Ticket DeveloperDigital Storage Manager, each form pictures is saved in two formats: JPEG and PICT. In most cases, using PICT versions of form pictures leads to better form printing results. However, in some cases, the PICT format cannot be rendered properly on Windows platforms. For this reason, JPEG versions of form pictures are used by default.

Note: This feature is available only in the Virtual Ticket DeveloperDigital Storage Manager desktop client for Windows.

To change the Form Appearance Preference

1. Select Preferences in the Edit menu. The Preferences window will open.

1. Enable the “Use PICT versions of pictures of the forms for printing and output” checkbox.
2. Click OK ( ).
