Creating Global Finds

A Global Find is a search routine based on a folder/document type that may be distributed to users of the Digital Storage Manager system. Global Finds are automatically integrated into each user’s Digital Storage Manager application based on the access privileges set for the Global Find. Though Global Finds are created in the Forms and Finds window, instructions for doing so are provided in the “Creating Global Finds” section of this guide.
