DSM can display Find results in a number of different ways. Depending on your purpose, you may wish to change the way Find results are displayed in order to best suit your needs.
Once you have customized the Find result output, you can save the Find and the display settings will be retained the next time the Find is opened.
Displaying Results as Documents
Find results can be displayed in the Document view, which allows you to see results as entries in a grid with or without their associated forms.
Displays search results in a two pain view with results listed on the left and the associated forms displayed on the right.
