Digital Resource Explorer allows users to see and work with the digital resources for all online, archived, and offline files and folders. In Digital Resource Explorer, you can navigate all resources in the left hand navigation pane, and view digital resource information in forms in the display pane on the right.
From the Digital Resource Explorer, users easily can perform the following actions (and more):
New - Create new folders and new Jobs.
Edit - Edit digital resource information in the selected form.
Preview - View multi-page extended previews of online, nearline, or offline digital resources without the native application. Full-sized previews and detailed metadata are stored in the database and always available. Comprehensive XML properties of the document, pages, and individual elements are also available for easy viewing (including document type, fonts, page size, etc.). Additional information on previews can be found in the Preview window.
File Operations - Standard file operations such as copy, move, and Archive.
Additional actions are available via the Context Menu.
