Deleting Files From The Workspace

The Workspace is the area of Image Portal Web Client that allows you to collect your own files and make them readily available for re-use. When you want to remove a file from your workspace, you may simply delete the file.

NOTE: Deleting a file from the workspace only removes it from your private workspace area. It does not delete the file from the database or from the location where the file is physically located.

Deleting files from the workspace

1. In the Workspace page, select the checkbox below the file you wish to remove from the workspace. To select all files on the page, click SELECT ALL on the left side of the window. A checkmark appears in the box below each selected file.
2. Click DELETE on the left side of the page to remove the file(s) from the Workspace.
