Viewing Review Statuses

1. Open the proof in Spark! if it is not already open.
2. Click the Review Status tab in the right sidebar. Review statuses for all users are displayed in the Current Reviewers window.

Review statuses are displayed for the current stage only.

Viewing Previous Versions of a Proof

1. Locate the tab for the previous version you want to view. Previous version tabs are located to the right of the tab for the current round, above the tool bar.

2. Click the tab to open previous rounds of the current version.

You can also hover your mouse over the tab without clicking to see basic information about the pervious version. A box, like the one below, will appear.

Navigating Back to Approval Manager from Spark!

Use the Go To menu located on the right side of the window, under the approval statuses, to open a Approval Manager page in a new browser window (This Proof, Active Proofs, Review History, or Report a Problem). The Go To menu makes it easy to navigate back and forth between Approval Manager and Spark!.

Opening a Tab in a New Window

1. Click the New Window icon in the upper right corner of any Spark! tab. The Spark! tab will open in its own browser window.
